CIPFA 2008 was a great success, delivering a bold and imaginative programme of distinguished speakers at the main conference and Fringe events - John Prescott, Ken Clarke, Yvette Cooper, Edward Leigh and Lord Coe amongst them plus speakers from the World Bank and DFID.
